Each Exhibitor gets 2 Free registrations.(Does not apply to Non-Profit booths)
Each booth is 10ft x 10ft of standard in Size with 8ft walls, 3ft dividers.
Comes with 2 Chairs, One 6ft table, 1 Waste basket, 1 – 7” x 44” ID Sign.

TANA Exhibitors Layout

Terms and Conditions:

  • Exhibit space, timings, floor plans, banner locations and additional details are available at www.tana2015.org.
  • Each exhibit space will be provided with a booth (10’x10’ in size, 8’ rear draping and 3’ side draping), one 6ft skirted table, two chairs, one 7”x44” ID sign and a waste basket.
  • Sponsors are responsible for their banners as per the banner specifications (material type, sizes etc.) mentioned in www.tana2015.org
  • Electric outlets/internet are available upon request.
  • Allocation of booths is based on the First Come First Served basis. Booths will be allotted upon receiving full payment only.
  • Each Exhibitor gets 2 Free registrations. (Does not apply to Non-Profit booths)
  • Amount once paid neither be refunded nor transferred before or after the convention.
  • Convention committee has all rights to modify the floor plan at any time based on circumstances.
  • TANA, Cobo Hall, Facility Vendors are not responsible for any kind of theft, loss or damage of any goods. No insurance will be provided by TANA or COBO hall.
  • TANA or COBO Hall are not responsible for any kind of taxes or permits. Exhibit vendors should comply with City/State/Federal laws, rules and regulations for exhibiting. TANA is not responsible for international taxing.
  • Exhibitors can’t sub-lease their booths. Booth should not be modified in any form and should not obstruct the view of other booths.
  • Exhibitors are fully responsible for any kind of damage caused by them to the Convention Center’s property.
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to sell/display/handout any products or flyers other than the mentioned categories in the Registration form.
  • Exbhitors will need to pay $350 to general contractor for moving exhibits from dock to exhibit area and move from storage if advance shipments are made.

Buying a wireless plan is very simple and involves the following steps:

  • When you are inside the Conference Center, you will see two wireless access points: 1)Instant Internet and 2)Exhibitor Internet,  listed in the list of available wireless connections on your  laptop/tablet/wifi-enabled device. So choose one of these two  access points, depending on your requirements and try to connect to that access point.
  • Now open a browser session and you will be automatically redirected to the home page of Smart City Networks.
  •  On this page, you will have a "log in" screen and "option to buy internet access plan" screen.
  • Here you can proceed to pay by credit card and sign up for the plan.
  • Now logging in using the credentials that you have chosen during step 4 will connect  you  to wireless network.
